Christine Ross
Christine has drawn from an early age but due to family commitments, didn't devote any 'real' time to art until later life. She enjoys working in all media, especially graphite and charcoal, and finds all creative work exciting, including textiles. In 1996 she took an A level course in Art and Design, passing with an A grade. The following year she did a foundation course at De Montfort University and received three distinctions. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, Christine could not continue on to do the degree level at that time. She now paints regularly with a group of friends, sharing ideas, experimenting and exhibiting locally around Leicestershire. Other societies & associations: She is a long time member of The Leicester Sketch Club. |
